COVID-19 Guidelines

All COVID Restrictions are mandated by the City of Long Beach, LA County, and the State of CA. Below are the restrictions to be enforced for the show. Our goal is to keep all exhibitors, attendees, and our staff safe all while being able to enjoy the show.

Face Masks are required for all individuals in all indoor public settings, regardless of vaccination status
Exemptions to masks requirements
The following individuals are exempt from wearing masks at all times:

  • Persons younger than two years old. Very young children must not wear a mask because of the risk of suffocation.
  • Persons with a medical condition, mental health condition, or disability that prevents wearing a mask. This includes persons with a medical condition for whom wearing a mask could obstruct breathing or who are unconscious, incapacitated, or otherwise unable to remove a mask without assistance.
  • Persons who are hearing impaired, or communicating with a person who is hearing impaired, where the ability to see the mouth is essential for communication.
  • Persons for whom wearing a mask would create a risk to the person related to their work, as determined by local, state, or federal regulators or workplace safety guidelines.
Verification of Fully Vaccinated Status or Pre-entry Negative Covid Test, ages 2 and older

Required for all Indoor Mega Events (1,000+ attendees) which includes all personnel necessary for operation of event. When multiple events occur simultaneously, each event’s attendees are considered separate if, common areas do not comingle; no sharing of space i.e. bathrooms, eating facilities, lines for entrance, etc. In the case of comingling event, the attendees are counted as one event.
